Warranty

At Rock Faery, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality craftsmanship to ensure that your jewelry will sparkle for years to come. Our limited manufacturing warranty will cover any defects in the manufacturing of our jewelry for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please return it to us for inspection within one (1) year from the date of purchase. If we determine, in our sole and reasonable discretion, that your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, we will repair, or at our option, replace your jewelry free of charge.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at info@rockfaery.com with your order number, the required service, and an image of the jewelry in question. Please allow 4-6 weeks for repair or replacement under this limited warranty.

This limited warranty does not include normal wear and tear, replacement of lost gemstones, accidental or incidental breakage, intentional misuse, theft, loss, or any damage that our quality assurance professionals deem is not due to manufacturing related issues. Any third party repairs or alterations performed on your jewelry will void this limited warranty.

We recommend that you purchase private insurance to cover risks of loss or damage not covered by this warranty.

Complimentary Jewelry Care

We offer one (1) complimentary jewelry care service within three (3) years from the date of purchase, which can be used for one or more of the following services:

  • Resizing;
  • Rhodium Re-plating (for jewelry in white gold);
  • Prongs Tightening; and
  • Cleaning and Polishing

To initiate a service request, please contact us at info@rockfaery.com with your order number and the requested service. Please allow 2-4 weeks to complete your complimentary jewelry care services.

You are responsible for shipping your jewelry to us when utilizing our jewelry care services. Return shipping will be complimentary customers based in the U.S. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit to us, and recommend that you purchase shipping insurance when utilizing our jewelry care services.
